Incoming: your most rested, restorative beauty sleep. During perimenopause and menopause, so many women struggle with lack of sleep—leading to other issues. Our non-habit forming, sustained release Melatonin supplement is here to help. Melatonin is a hormone that regulates your sleep cycle.* It’s also proven to be a powerful antioxidant*, immune booster*, and a key hormone for maintaining a healthy gastrointestinal lining*. Our Melatonin formula is bursting with all of those benefits, helping you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling refreshed. Because menopause should be full of good mornings.

Your “Circadian Rhythm” is your body’s sleep/wake cycle. AKA: your body’s ability to know when it’s time to go to sleep and wake up. Melatonin is an important part of this cycle. As you age, different factors can interfere with your melatonin levels and Circadian Rhythm—from a decrease in estrogen and progesterone to low levels of serotonin and a lack of sunlight. With 6mg of high-quality melatonin in every dose, our sustained release formula helps restore your natural sleep cycle and keep it in balance—even when your other menopause symptoms try to mess with it.

Melatonin (6mg) Sustained Release

What if I only want to take 3mg of melatonin and not 6mg?

Because our melatonin comes in tablet form, you can cut it in half to get 3mg per dose. This way the bottle will last you twice as long.

What’s the difference between regular melatonin and sustained release?

Sustained release means it releases slowly during the night, allowing it to stay in your body longer..

Can I take melatonin in combination with other supplements?

Yes. In fact, we recommend it if you need additional sleep support. We suggest pairing it with RELAXUS, CALMUS and/or BALANCEUS for optimal sleep.

Can I take this instead of my sleeping pill?

Always speak to your doctor when it comes to discontinuing any medication.

Is it safe for women in perimenopause and menopause to take melatonin?

Yes! In fact, it is recommended for women in this phase of life. You can read about it HERE and HERE. This research shows an association between low levels of melatonin and sleep issues in perimenopausal women. And here is more information on research conducted on melatonin and sleep for menopausal women.

Melatonin makes me groggy, will that happen with your melatonin too?

With any brand of supplements that you take, it’s important to ensure you are getting quality ingredients as not all supplements are created equal. Everyone responds differently to different brands and doses, so it is important to listen to your body. For best results, we recommend starting with a low dose and working your way up if you need to. Because our melatonin is in tablet form, you can cut it in half to get a 3mg dose, and even into quarters if you want to to get a 1.5mg dose.

How long will your melatonin release for during the night?

It will release slowly throughout the night, generally over the course of 6-8 hours.

Do I need to take it every night to experience its benefits?

Since the benefits last for 6-8 hours after taking it, consistency is key if your goal is to experience the benefits of melatonin on a daily basis.

Where is your melatonin manufactured?

It is manufactured in the US.
