1 zucchini (spiralized)
1 1/2 cup of almonds
2 cups of unsweetened non-dairy milk
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
3/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1 bunch fresh basil
A pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
Optional: Stir in a scoop of Morphus Fiberus to your bowl before you eat it to increase the fiber in your diet.
1. Spiralize the zucchini.
2. Blend sauce ingredients from almonds through to apple cider vinegar.
