1 large cucumber sliced

1 freshly grated medium ginger root

1 lemon sliced

1 bunch of cilantro

Optional: Stir in a scoop of Morphus Fiberus to increase the fiber in your diet.

Tips

Combine all the ingredients and stir well. We suggest crushing the cilantro leaves in the water to release some of the benefits.
