Our supplements are made in the United States.

We try our best to sell NON-GMO products. However, we cannot guarantee that our entire line is free of GMOs. If a product is non-GMO, it will be marked on the individual product label and product pages on our website.

No. Our primary focus is scientifically and clinically proven ingredients to alleviate the physical and emotional symptoms women experience in perimenopause and menopause. Unfortunately, we cannot source all of these ingredients organically, and in some cases it makes the cost prohibitive.

Most of our supplements are not kosher. However, Fiberus is kosher.

Yes. We have tried, tested (and tested again!), and currently take our supplements because we are in perimenopause and menopause ourselves. We hand-picked the products we sell because we know first-hand they work!

This is a hard question to answer since we are all unique individuals. Supplements, in general, can take anywhere from a couple of days up to 8 weeks to feel their effects depending on what you are taking. Efficacy and timing will also vary based on length of use, consistency, diet, individual activity level and other factors which differ from person to person. Though in many cases you may start to see changes and improvements within a short period of time (i.e a day or two), many of our products are designed for consistent use and will deliver gradual improvements the longer you use them.

Yes. The bottle, the insert card, the packaging inside the box, and the box are all recyclable.

No. Morphus products are free of estrogen.

No. Morphus products do not contain synthetic or added hormones.

We recommend speaking to your doctor or health care provider since they are familiar with your medical history. Having said that, we have consulted and interviewed many doctors who specialize in menopause and hormone therapy and they do recommend taking supplements in conjunction with hormone therapy. However, since everyone is unique, it’s always best to do your own research to verify interactions and/or issues with any supplements you would like to take.

We always recommend speaking to your doctor or health care provider before taking any supplement if you are on medication(s).

When you select the ‘Subscribe & Save’ option you’ll be able to choose how frequently you’d like the products automatically shipped to you. You will receive an email four days prior to each shipment alerting you of your upcoming delivery. Should you wish to make modifications to your order, that is a good time to do so. Changes must be made prior to your ship day.

With a Morphus subscription, you have access to an online portal to manage all the details of your account. This includes: changing or adding products, skipping orders, and pausing/canceling your subscription.
Morphus subscription program is a recurring order, billed and shipped automatically at the chosen frequency.
You can choose to have your subscription delivered every one or two months. You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time, right from your account.
Upon activating your subscription and placing your order, you'll receive an email from Morphus with the subject: "Customer account activation." If you do not see this email after placing your order, please check the "Promotions" or "Spam" folders.
You can see when your next order will ship by logging into your account. You will receive an email 4 days prior to being billed for your next order. You can adjust your order frequency at any time. If you choose to cancel, pause or change the frequency of your order please do so when you get this email. Unfortunately orders can't be changed or cancelled on the day they are fulfilled. They would have already left our warehouse. -
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Yes, if it has not shipped yet. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at orders@wearemorphus.com for help and we will respond from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm ET. Please include “cancel order” in the subject line.

On the product page, you’ll see we have indicated when a product is out of stock. You will have the option to provide us your email address so we can notify you when it’s back in stock.

For all United States orders- You can return all Morphus supplements for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for paying for the return shipping fee. Should you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at orders@wearemorphus.com or call us at 1-800-691-7168 and we will provide you with the information to process your return.
All other orders are non-returnable and refunds are valid within 30 days of purchase. Refunds do not include the cost of shipping, fees, duties, customs or taxes nor any return shipping.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany. We are working on other markets for 2024.

Morphus is not responsible for any customs or duty charges. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

For the United States, free shipping is available for orders over $50. A shipping charge of $6.99 will be applied to shipments under $50.
For UK and Germany, shipping rates will be available at checkout. Duties and taxes are not included in your total. There may be an additional charges for duties and taxes upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Morphus is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We do not require signatures upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Our customers are our number one priority! Our orders are processed and shipped next business day. Once it is out for delivery, depending on where you live, it can take another 1 to 5 days for the continental United States before you receive your package (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and remote and rural areas, as it can take up to 7 days to receive it).
We regretfully cannot provide a specific timeframe for delivery.

U.S. standard ground shipment orders usually take between 1 and 5 days, depending on the delivery address. For Alaska, Hawaii and remote and rural areas, it can take up to 7 days for delivery.
For all other orders, we regretfully cannot provide a specific timeframe for delivery.

If you need your package faster, we recommend choosing ‘Priority Mail Express’ (if available). Please note that Priority Mail Express shipping will still require a processing time of 1-2 days.

An order is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for U.S. orders. Please email us at orders@wearemorphus.com should you not receive your order within 15 days.
