Introducing tocotrienols: a form of Vitamin E with powerful antioxidant properties and virtually no side effects.

Over 100 studies and clinical trials have proven the benefits of tocotrienols (from delta & gamma tocotrienols) including:

  • lowering inflammation
  • lowering cholesterol
  • improving brain health
  • improving liver health
  • healing skin scarring
  • lowering blood sugar
  • improving insulin function
  • improving insulin sensitivity
  • improving metabolic health
  • supporting weight loss
  • improving bone health
  • and decreasing bone loss.

What makes tocotrienols a must-have for your menopause journey? During menopause, lower estrogen levels cause oxidative stress and inflammation. Tocotrienols can reduce that inflammation at a higher rate than other forms of Vitamin E.

The research on tocotrienols is pretty spectacular. In addition to the health benefits mentioned above, it has also been shown to help with NAFLD (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease) and age-related cognitive decline due to its anti-inflammatory benefits. That’s one impressive vitamin.

Research also shows supplementing with tocotrienols for 8 months significantly increased the number of hairs on the human volunteers in the study.

Watch my interview with Dr. Barrie Tan-–the doctor who discovered tocotrienols. We discussed all the incredible benefits of tocotrienols and how it affects our health in perimenopause and menopause.

Vitamin E Isomers (as Delta GoldⓇ Delta & gamma tocotrienols) 150mg

Other ingredients: Bovine (beef) gelatin, water, glycerine

Take 1-2 softgels* per day with food.

Exception: If you have a known inflammatory bowel condition (i.e. Colitis, Crohn's, IBS) take Toco-E on an empty stomach.

Note: If you are taking more than 300mg a day, take it a few times a day rather than all at once for maximum absorption.

We recommend you don’t rely solely on the information presented here, and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming any of our supplements. Does Toco-E contain tocopherols?

Our formula contains 100% tocotrienols, which means it doesn’t contain any tocopherols. Why? The antioxidant effects of tocotrienols are 40-60 times more potent than tocopherols.

Why didn’t you include tocopherols in your formula?

Research shows tocopherols may interfere with effects and absorption of tocotrienols if mixed into the same supplement when taken internally.

Where are your tocotrienols sourced from?

Our tocotrienols are extracted naturally (meaning they are not adulterated with any chemicals) from the annatto tree (Bixa orellana), which has the richest source of natural tocotrienols.

How much delta vs. gamma tocotrienols does Toco-E have?

Our formula contains 90% delta and 10% gamma tocotrienols.

Does Toco-E need to be refrigerated once opened?

No it does not. Always keep this supplement in a cool, dry area.

Can I get enough tocotrienols from my diet?

The average American gets approximately 2mg of tocotrienols per day from their diet. A healthy person should take between 100 and 200mg a day. If you have a specific condition, it is safe to take between 300 mg and 600mg a day. Dr. Barrie Tan discusses dosages in this interview.

Does Toco-E affect our hormones?

Toco-E will not increase hormones or negatively affect them.

The best form of Vitamin E from Morphus!

I am a huge fan of your Toco-E! As someone who struggles with, and works with, those who have autoimmune illness, I know that Vitamin E is so critical to immune health and wellness. Vitamin E is one of the most important antioxidants for protecting cellular health. Taking it in tocotrienol form makes it even more available and effective! Thank you, Morphus for another great product.

Thank you so much Danielle! We did a lot of research before launching our products, and tocotrienols was at the top of our list for effective, well-researched products. Dr. Barrie Tan, the man who invented tocotrienols is a brilliant scientist and I interviewed him 2x on their incredible benefits. ~ Andrea, Co-founder of Morphus xo

For the future

I'm loving the fact that Toco-E can help protect my cardiovascular health. We have a history of heart attacks in our family and I want to have a healthy future. I had no idea how good this form of vitamin E is for that. Thank you.

Hi Rita,

Yes, tocotrienols are fantastic for heart, as well as skin and brain health! I highly recommend watching my interview with the man who discovered tocotrienols, Dr. Barrie Tan where he explains all of its amazing health benefits: https://youtu.be/r4sT4khechI.

Just started taking toco-e

I love listening to all the pertinent (to me) episodes on your podcast. Hence why I bought toco-e. I will keep you abreast once I finish both bottles.

Hi Jody. Thank you so much for the positive feedback on our podcast. Dr. Barrie Tan is amazing & tocotrienols have so many health benefits backed by science, which is why we are offering it as part of our product line. I look forward to hearing about your experience.

I"m confused

I started taking this to help hair loss and that isn't even mentioned in your list of benefits listed above this email. I have no idea if I have reaped any benefits from those, but my hair has indeed started filling in places it receded from. My stylist confirmed that something is indeed going on positively with my hair. As long as it does not add or promote estrogen then I'm happy with it. I need to know if it does!

Thank you so much for your 5 star review Joodlebugs! I've been saying the same thing about my hair....my hairdresser told me I constantly have tiny new hairs growing on my head. Tocotrienols have been shown to increase hair growth so I'm so happy to hear you're experiencing that as well. There are SO MANY amazing health benefits to taking Toco-E!! You can watch my interview with Dr. Barrie Tan (the man who discovered tocotrienols) here: https://youtu.be/r4sT4khechI. You can also listen to it on my podcast, 'Menopause Reimagined.' It is episode #65. He shares his research, which is fascinating.

With respect to hormones, this is the feedback we received from Dr. Barrie Tan's office: 'We have not heard of any effects on hormones as a result of taking tocotrienols.'

Thank you again for your feedback and please let me know if you have any other questions. ~ Andrea xo
