omega 3-t

Say hello to glowing, itch-free skin. Estrogen is responsible for boosting collagen production and keeping skin hydrated, plump, and firm. That’s why lower levels of estrogen during perimenopause and menopause can cause your skin to feel thin, dry, and itchy all over—even down there (yep, we said it). Our omega 3-t ("t" is for triglyceride form) supplement helps to relieve the itchiness, while nourishing your skin, hair, nails, joints, immune system, brain, and heart.

Omega 3 fish oil also contains health benefits beyond the skin. Its anti-inflammatory properties have been shown to reduce headaches and hot flashes, support cognitive health, and reduce triglycerides.

Is Morphus’ Omega 3 Triglycerides pure?

Yes! Our fish oil is molecularly distilled and filtered. Our process helps to maximize the removal of heavy metals, PCB’s, pesticides and other contaminants that may be found in the fish we’re extracting the oils from.

Why should I take a triglyceride form of omega 3’s over regular omega 3’s?

The Triglyceride form is easier on the stomach to digest.

What fish does your omega 3 come from?

Wild Alaskan pollock.

Is there any research on omega 3 fish oil?

Yes! There are 8,000+ studies on omega 3’s and its incredible health benefits.

Is there any research on omega 3’s specifically for women in menopause?

Yes! Here is research showing how omega 3’s are beneficial for reducing triglycerides and blood pressure and improving mood in post-menopausal women. This abstract showed lower levels of omega 3’s in women 40-60 were linked to higher chances of heart disease. These human studies show a link between higher levels of omega 3’s and improved bone health. This clinical trial showed an improvement in hot flashes. This study shows how supplementing with fish oil can improve the effects of strength training in older women.

Do I have to swallow the softgels to enjoy the benefits of the oil?

You can get the same benefits by biting into them if you prefer not to ingest the softgel.

Does your omega 3 have a fishy smell?

No, it shouldn’t have a fishy smell or a fishy aftertaste

How should I store your omega 3’s?

Place your bottle in the refrigerator once you receive it. It can stay out of the refrigerator for a week or so, but we recommended keeping it in a cool, dark place.

Warning: Consult your health-care practitioner before use if you are taking blood thinner medication or if you are planning to have surgery.
