Sunny Day Smoothie

Smoothie's are an excellent way to get a lot of plant nutrients but sometimes they're a little short on healthy fats, protein, and fiber. In this bright and sunny smoothie we combine a lot of orange and yellow fruits with avocado for healthy fats, protein powder and our Fiberus protein powder. Yum! It's like sunshine in a glass.
Ingredients
1 green banana
½ apple cored
½ mango (ripe)
½ avocado
1 scoop of protein powder of your choice
1 scoop Morphus Fiberus Prebiotic Powder
½ squeezed lemon
½-1 cup of water depending on consistency. Frozen fruit tends to make smoothies thicker than fresh fruit.
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add water as needed to reach your preferred consistency. Enjoy.
