Of all my perimenopausal symptoms the changes in GI were the most frustrating. I am physically active, eat healthy, and my GI just became very strange and unreliable. Fiberus has been an amazing product and has stabilized my GI. I am so, so, grateful! I will absolutely take this forever.

Updated: I've been using Fiberus for a couple of years now! I put a scoop in my morning coffee. It does not change the taste or effect my coffee in any way. I love the way it works in promoting a healthy gut and regularity. I am 56 years old and just entered menopause. I would highly recommend adding Fiberus to your diet!! It works beautifully.

Hi Sara. We are happy to hear your doctor recommended tocotrienols for your hair. They're powerful antioxidants so they can help to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation on the scalp, which in turn can help with hair growth. According to Dr. Barrie Tan, the man who discovered tocotrienols, he recommends taking Toco-E for at least 8 months to notice a difference (since you are on month 3, it may take some additional time to notice a difference). There are many reasons we lose hair during this phase of life including: Hormones, stress (sudden weight loss, and other stressors), genetics, environmental assaults (toxicants, compromised gut, pesticides, heavy metals), low thyroid, and low ferritin - just to name a few. So it is important to understand the root cause of your hair loss is in order to try and stop it from happening in the first place. As far as we know, tocotrienols will not stop hair loss. I was in a terrible cycle of insomnia…never connected it to menopause. I was only sleeping 2-4 hours a night! I had tried so many remedies, but nothing helped! I got the Morphus sleep bundle and the first time I took the Sleepus and magnesium I noticed how my body felt so totally relaxed. I hadn’t even noticed that my body was tense (probably due to panicking about not sleeping!) but when it relaxed with the help of these supplements I couldn’t believe how good that felt!! Over the course of about 3 weeks of being on the supplements my sleep time began to increase, and my anxiety went way down. After a week or so I was up to 5 or 6 hours and now I am sleeping like a happy baby, at least 7 hours a night!!! I can’t even say how grateful I am—I feel like I’ve gotten my life back! Cannot recommend these supplements enough!!!

First, I found out that I can only take magnesium at night, because it makes me drowsy (which is great at bedtime, not when I’m driving). My best finding is that after a week or two of taking Morphus magnesium, I could skip my twice a month chair massage appointments because my neck muscles were no longer tense and causing me pain. Regular massages had helped to manage the pain, but the magnesium has eliminated it! I’ll definitely be subscribing so that I never run out.

I have been using the product for about three months. Previously, I used NOW products. I like to stay with one brand, so I will continue to use Morphus. It is rather pricey, and as 2025 approaches, I need to think about costs. However, for now, I will stay with Morphus.
