Avocado and Salmon Sensational Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups mixed salad greens (spinach, arugula, or your choice)
1 ripe avocado, sliced
½ cup cherry or small tomatoes
200g smoked salmon, sliced
¼ cup sesame seeds
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Arrange the mixed salad greens on a plate.2. Top with slices of ripe avocado and smoked salmon.
3. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds over the salad.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Optional: Stir in a scoop of Morphus Fiberus to your dressing to increase the fiber in your diet.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
