When we discovered Pycnogenol®, we immediately dove into the research to find out just how much this powerful ingredient can do. Here’s what we discovered:

  • Research shows Pycnogenol® improves vascular function and elasticity. It can also lower cholesterol, triglycerides, arterial pressure, homocysteine, and blood sugar levels.*
  • It’s clinically proven to help with aging skin and melasma (hyperpigmentation). Pycnogenol® can also improve elasticity and hydration (goodbye dry, rough, itchy skin).*
  • This review shows how Pycnogenol® can lower blood pressure, decrease waist circumference, and boost metabolism (yep, we told you we loved it).
  • Pycnogenol® is proven to reduce blood glucose in people with diabetes. In this double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized study conducted with 77 type 2 diabetes patients, Pycnogenol® caused a significant drop in blood glucose levels compared to the placebo group.
  • In both animal and human studies, Pycnogenol® has proven to soothe perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms. These include sweating, hot flashes, palpitations, fatigue, depression, panic attacks, cognitive problems, decreased libido, cardiovascular diseases, tinnitus, endometrial atrophy, osteoporosis, urogenital symptoms, and more.*
