Toco-E is Morphus's tocotrienol vitamin E supplement, also searched as toko-e, toco e, or tocotrienol E, a potent antioxidant form of Vitamin E that can reach deep into cell membranes.

Toco-E uses tocotrienols, specifically the delta and gamma fractions, rather than the tocopherol form. Tocotrienols have been studied in published research.

Vitamin E Isomers (as Delta GoldⓇ Delta & gamma tocotrienols) 150mg

Take 1-2 softgels* per day with food.

Does Toco-E contain tocopherols?

Our formula contains 100% tocotrienols, which means it doesn’t contain any tocopherols. Why? The antioxidant effects of tocotrienols are 40-60 times more potent than tocopherols.

Why didn’t you include tocopherols in your formula?

Research shows tocopherols may interfere with effects and absorption of tocotrienols if mixed into the same supplement when taken internally.

Where are your tocotrienols sourced from?

Our tocotrienols are extracted naturally (meaning they are not adulterated with any chemicals) from the annatto tree (Bixa orellana), which has the richest source of natural tocotrienols.

How much delta vs. gamma tocotrienols does Toco-E have?

Our formula contains 90% delta and 10% gamma tocotrienols.

Does Toco-E need to be refrigerated once opened?

No it does not. Always keep this supplement in a cool, dry area.

Can I get enough tocotrienols from my diet?

The average American gets approximately 2mg of tocotrienols per day from their diet. A healthy person should take between 150 and 300mg a day. If you have a specific condition, it is safe to take between 300 mg and 600mg a day. Dr. Barrie Tan discusses dosages in this interview.

Does Toco-E affect our hormones?

Toco-E will not increase hormones or negatively affect them.

Hi Sara. We are happy to hear your doctor recommended tocotrienols for your hair. They're powerful antioxidants so they can help to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation on the scalp, which in turn can help with hair growth. According to Dr. Barrie Tan, the man who discovered tocotrienols, he recommends taking Toco-E for at least 8 months to notice a difference (since you are on month 3, it may take some additional time to notice a difference). There are many reasons we lose hair during this phase of life including: Hormones, stress (sudden weight loss, and other stressors), genetics, environmental assaults (toxicants, compromised gut, pesticides, heavy metals), low thyroid, and low ferritin - just to name a few. So it is important to understand the root cause of your hair loss is in order to try and stop it from happening in the first place. As far as we know, tocotrienols will not stop hair loss.
