Can I take magnesium with Vitamin D?

Yes! Research shows magnesium helps to regulate Vitamin D levels, so taking them together can be helpful. Taken together, research shows magnesium can help to increase Vitamin D levels for those who need more of it, and decrease Vitamin D levels for those who need less. Research also shows taking Vitamin D can enhance magnesium levels when taken together.

What types of magnesium are in it?

We use magnesium bisglycinate and a small amount of magnesium oxide. We included magnesium oxide as it has been shown in the research to help with bowel movements.

I have a sensitive stomach. Will magnesium upset it?

Sleep issues

I purchased this because of my sleep issues and I've been surprised by how well I sleep now. If I wake up I can easily relax and fall back to sleep. It's been great. And it keeps me regular too.

AMAZING

I’ve been taking this Magnesium for about 2 weeks now. I take 2 at nighttime, about 1 hour before I go to bed, and it’s helped immensely with getting deeper sleep. Amazing stuff!

Love, love this Magnesium! Truly has become a huge part of my nighttime routine. I have always had a hard time unwinding and falling asleep, and menopause has really made it even harder. Taking 2 of the magnesium about an hour before I go to bed really helps! Makes me feel much more calm and even a bit sleepy. So thankful to finally be able to fall asleep so easily!
